When you book a naturopathy consultation with me, we take the time to gently explore your health story in a way that feels supportive, unrushed, and deeply personal. I work especially closely with mothers, supporting women through the physical, emotional, and mental demands of caring for a family while also caring for their own health.

My goal is to understand what’s really going on beneath the surface, so we can work together toward lasting, meaningful change for you, and for the wellbeing of your family.

Your health story

We begin with conversation. I’ll ask about your health history, past experiences, current concerns, and anything you feel is important to share. This may include previous illnesses, medications or supplements, family health patterns, sleep, stress, energy, digestion, and the rhythms of everyday life, especially the unique demands of motherhood.

This helps me see the bigger picture of what has shaped your health over time.

Understanding how your body is functioning

Rather than looking at symptoms in isolation, I look at how your body systems are working together. This may include digestion, hormones, immune health, nervous system regulation, and energy production.

We explore how your symptoms fit into your whole health picture, so we can work toward real causes, not just quick fixes.

Food and lifestyle rhythms

We’ll talk about your everyday patterns, how you eat, move, rest, and live. Small daily habits often hold important clues, especially when life is full and demanding. Gentle adjustments here can make a meaningful difference.

There is no judgement, only curiosity and support.

Testing if it’s helpful

Sometimes testing can provide useful insight. If I believe it may support your care, I may suggest functional testing such as blood work, hormone testing, or gut health assessment.

Testing is always optional, and only recommended when it’s likely to genuinely guide your treatment.

Your personalised care plan

After understanding your goals and health picture, I create a plan tailored specifically to you and your season of life. This may include nutrition guidance, lifestyle support, herbal medicine, or targeted supplementation.

My aim is always to keep things practical, manageable, and sustainable for real life, especially within the realities of family life.

Herbal and nutritional support

Where appropriate, I may recommend herbs, nutrients, or other natural supports to gently assist your body’s healing processes. If we use them, I’ll guide you clearly so you feel confident and comfortable.

Learning and understanding your body

A big part of my work is helping you understand what your body is communicating and why. I want you to feel informed, supported, and empowered in your health decisions, so you can care for yourself with confidence.

Ongoing support

Healing is a process, and you don’t have to navigate it alone. Follow-up consultations allow us to monitor progress, adjust your plan if needed, and continue supporting your body as it restores balance.
